SINGER
JUDAH
Singer Judah was born on July 31, 1962 in St.Vincent and the
Grenadiens. Most of his childhood was spent outdoors playing sports
and games, as a child Singer could be found in a tree singing songs
that was aired over the radio. His constant singing as a child,
led his Grandfather; with whom he grew up with to call him "Elvis''.
And as an active member of the church Singer experienced his first
vocal proformance before an audience.
In 1976 at the age of 14 he came to Canada were he continued to
sing in church. At 16 he formed his own band which was short lived
along with 2 other bands.
With much determination in 1980 the Butterfly band was created and
then transformed to Jah Children Band. During this time Elvis, was
called ''Singer'' by his many friends and fans which was then extended
to ''Singer Judah'' a name inherited from the bible which bears
great significant to his spiritual blessings according to his Tribe.
( As his H.I.M EMPEROR HAILE SELASSIE I teaches ''I am from the
tribe of Judah which tribe are you from'' He that keepeth Israel
neither slumber nor sleep. ) The teachings of Jah can be felt and
heard in many of Singers songs. He often reflects on his teachings
from the bible, and has a candid disposition. |

Singer
Judah has proformed with various artists, such as Group Culture,
Shaba Ranks, Judah Eskendel and Beres Hammond in his native island
of St.Vincent in 1995.
His phenomenal ability captivates his audience with his inimitable
voice, conscious and inspirational songs. "An exceptionaly
gifted lead singer." Singer continues to spread Jah message
and feels Irie when people enjoy them selves,dancing to Reggae Rock
