- Free telephone support
Free estimate at our installations
- 24 hours max response
For the annual type customer :
- One free repair at our installations (parts excluded)
- Training sessions available at our plant. *
Targeted customers :
- Customers having needs for telephone support
- Customers who prefers repairs carried out at our workshop
- Customers who needs training
* Training sessions : offered periodically in our plant relating to the following subjects: Label View and printers (installation, configuration, and maintenance). Training fee to be determined
